REFUND POLICY
For hygiene reasons, Prepped to Perfection Pro tools cannot be returned. If you receive any of our products damaged, please contact our Customer Care Team email sales@preppedtoperfection.com or through our online chat. We will get a replacement sent to you if possible. If your tools are damaged, please read the terms below.
TERMS OF PURCHASE
At Prepped to Perfection we are confident in the manufacturing of our pro tools. There may be, however, instances where there is a genuine malfunction in the tool. For example, loose screws, small breakages.Under such circumstances are the following:
Your new tools are covered by us for a 12 month period, starting from the date of purchase for manufacturing defects.
Prepped to Perfection Tools does not take responsibility for dull colouring or loss of colouring of the tool. This is general wear and tear due to the tools coating and material. Colour is also likely to fade from cleaning.
Our cover does not cover misuse or accidental damage.
The guarantee does not apply to products and or tools that have been modified or misused.
Prepped to Perfection Pro Tools reserves the right to reject replacement, repair or sharpening requests if it determines in its sole discretion, fraud or abuse of the policy.
